Where do items ship from?
All orders ship from within the United States. 

How quickly will I receive my order?
We process and ship orders often same day but sometimes up to 2 days. (Our team enjoys weekends, too ;) Jewelry and smaller items under one pound are typically shipped via USPS First Class Mail and typical arrive between 3-7 days. Orders over 1 pound are shipped USPS Priority Mail and arrive between 2-4 days average. Tracking is provided and you may sign up for text alerts at checkout to follow you order every step of the way! We are not responsible for USPS delays. 



How much is shipping?
Orders over $50 USD ship free within the United States! Otherwise there is a flat fee of $4.00 for orders valued at $1-$49 USD. Tracking information is provided via email used upon ordering. Packages do not include signature confirmation and will be delivered to mailbox/doorsteps accordingly.

Expedited delivery is also available, applicable fees will apply.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes! There's a country option at checkout, and if you need any assistance please let us know. International shipping rates will apply. Customs information will be provided as required by law and the customer is responsible for any import fee's.

Packages are sent via USPS First Class mail. Tracking information will be provided to you via email. For expedited delivery please contact us before placing your order.



Do you ship to APO's / FPO?
Absolutely. A tracking number will be provided via USPS, however, once in transit to an FPO/APO, the addresses are no longer traceable for security reasons. This means it may take a bit longer than usual to receive your package so please allow a few extra days for arrival.



What about returns and exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of the products in this shop, returns and exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. In the event of a return, refunds will ONLY be issued AFTER the item has been received at our return address.



Sales Tax?
Tax will be charged only to orders shipped within the state of Tennessee, United States.
